The Child and Family Services offer all children under the age of 16 years 24 hour emergency services with include Child Protection Services, Treatment Foster Care Program, Child and Family Intervention Programs, Timmins Family Life Center, Life Skills Program, Community Support Team, Intensive Child and Family Services, Terra Firma Centre/Open Custody – Phase I Young Offenders Program, F.W. Schumacher Residence – Residential Treatment Program, Integrated Services for Northern Children, Autism Program -Consultation Caseworker Program, Preschool Autism  – Intensive Behaviour Intervention, and Volunteer Services.
